Patients
What is PairaDoc™?
PairaDoc™ is a healthcare-provider discovery platform. You can search directly or use Match to explore providers around preferences such as specialty, location, insurance, services, language, and other practical filters.
Is PairaDoc™ free for patients?
Yes. The patient discovery experience is free to use.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can choose Browse as a guest and explore PairaDoc™ without creating an account.
Guest preferences and activity are temporary. Creating an account lets PairaDoc™ keep your preferences, saved providers, and other account activity across visits.
How does Match work?
You choose the preferences you want PairaDoc™ to use. PairaDoc™ then organizes relevant provider profiles and shows factual reasons a provider fits those selected preferences. You can save, pass, open the full profile, or compare providers later.
Does PairaDoc™ choose the best doctor for me?
No. PairaDoc™ helps organize provider information; it does not make a clinical recommendation, rank medical competence, or decide which provider you should choose. The final decision remains yours.
Can I search without using Match?
Yes. PairaDoc™ includes traditional search and browsing in addition to the swipe-style Match experience. You can use whichever approach fits what you are trying to find.
How does PairaDoc™ use my location?
Patients throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee can search existing published listings statewide. Enter a city, ZIP code or use your current location to get approximate straight-line miles to provider locations. The app does not claim those estimates are road mileage; provider profiles link to driving directions. You can also browse all published providers in your state without sharing your location. A statewide search does not mean every community already has listings.
What if PairaDoc™ is not live in my city yet?
Residents of Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee can already search our published listings statewide, even if their own community has not been populated yet. Expand the radius, browse statewide or look for providers explicitly listing telehealth. Confirm that a provider offers telehealth to patients in your state. Other areas remain on the coming-soon waitlist.
How accurate is insurance information?
Insurance participation can change and can differ by specific plan. Use PairaDoc™ insurance information as a discovery tool, then confirm network status and coverage directly with both the provider and your insurer before receiving care.
What does Claimed or Verified mean on a provider profile?
A claimed profile means the provider or their practice manages it on a paid PairaDoc™ plan, after PairaDoc™ approved their claim. Among results that meet your search, claimed profiles are shown first, followed by expanded profiles that PairaDoc™ has supplemented with additional reviewed information. Verification indicates PairaDoc™ reviewed certain profile or identity information. Neither label is an endorsement, a quality rating, or a guarantee of clinical outcomes.
Can providers pay to appear higher?
Yes, in two disclosed ways. Providers on a paid plan can claim their profile; among results that meet your search, claimed profiles (marked Claimed) are shown first. Providers may also buy clearly labeled Sponsored visibility. Neither buys verification, and neither shows you providers outside your selected filters and distance.
Can I save and compare providers?
Yes. Signed-in users can save providers and use PairaDoc™ comparison tools to revisit options. Guest activity is temporary and is not carried into a later account.
Providers & Practices
Can I register for free if my profile is missing—even in an active city?
Yes. Every U.S. provider can check their NPI and register for free review regardless of location. If PairaDoc already has a public card for that NPI, we show the existing card and offer the claim or correction process instead of making a duplicate. Otherwise you can submit your NPI, practice city, state, ZIP and optional telehealth interest for private review. A pre-registration is not a paid claim, published listing, or verified provider profile.
How does my provider profile get onto PairaDoc™?
PairaDoc™ may create baseline profiles from public or licensed provider information, including NPI/NPPES data. Those baseline cards are free but unclaimed and cannot be edited by the provider. Pre-registration and checking whether a profile is missing are free nationwide. An active paid subscription is required only when claiming or submitting a profile for live management.
How do I claim my profile?
First check your NPI for free to find any existing public provider card. If an eligible, unclaimed card is available, you can choose an active Basic or Pro subscription (or Practice for an organization) through provider billing, then use the provider claim tool. PairaDoc™ verifies the claim before allowing profile edits; payment alone does not establish ownership. If no public card is found, register for free review instead of paying to create a duplicate.
What provider plans are available?
The Free tier includes an unclaimed NPI-based card and an optional basic introduction submitted for moderator review. It does not grant direct editing or ownership. Claiming and managing a full profile requires Basic at $49/month, Pro at $79/month, or PairaDoc™ Practice at $299/month for up to 10 providers. Practices needing 11 or more provider seats use custom pricing. Plan details may change before launch.
Does PairaDoc™ charge per booking or patient?
No. PairaDoc™ provider subscriptions are flat monthly plans rather than per-booking fees. Optional sponsored boosts are purchased separately.
What is PairaDoc™ Practice?
PairaDoc™ Practice is the organization workspace for groups managing multiple clinicians or locations. It supports a shared provider roster, practice locations, clinician-location assignments, staff roles, centralized practice billing, provider claims, and practice-managed boosts. Practice enrollment and billing are handled exclusively on the PairaDoc website. Authorized members can view their practice information in the mobile app.
How many providers are included in the $299 Practice plan?
The standard $299/month Practice plan includes up to 10 provider profiles. Active providers and pending provider-association requests count toward the provider-seat limit.
What happens if our practice has more than 10 providers?
Practices needing 11 or more provider seats request custom pricing. PairaDoc™ can quote a provider limit and monthly rate for that specific organization. Larger groups can then accept their custom plan through the Practice workspace.
Can one practice manager manage multiple doctors with one login?
Yes. A practice manager can manage multiple connected clinicians from one Practice workspace. Staff members use their own PairaDoc™ accounts with assigned roles instead of sharing passwords.
Can one provider be connected to multiple practice locations?
Yes. Practice locations can be created once and assigned to one, several, or all clinicians. When the Practice subscription is active, eligible shared locations can participate in relevant patient discovery and distance calculations.
What happens to our practice data if the subscription becomes inactive?
PairaDoc™ can retain the practice roster, stored locations, assignments, and team configuration so the organization does not need to rebuild everything. Paid Practice benefits, including practice-location discovery benefits, are disabled while the subscription is inactive.
What are profile boosts?
Boosts are optional sponsored-visibility purchases. Current options may include 7, 30, and 90-day periods. Boosted placement is labeled Sponsored, does not purchase verification, and does not guarantee impressions, appointments, or patient volume.
Can a provider pay to become verified?
No. Paid plans and boosts do not buy verification. Verification and profile-management review are separate from subscription or sponsored-placement purchases.
Privacy & Safety
Is PairaDoc™ a medical service?
No. PairaDoc™ is a provider-discovery platform. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage, provide treatment, or replace professional medical advice.
Can I use PairaDoc™ for a medical emergency?
No. PairaDoc™ is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Should I upload medical records to PairaDoc™?
No. The standard PairaDoc™ discovery experience is not designed for medical-record storage. Do not submit diagnoses, medications, lab results, prescriptions, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive clinical or financial information in reviews, support forms, or profile-management fields.
Is information I give PairaDoc™ automatically protected by HIPAA?
Not necessarily. PairaDoc™ is a discovery platform and is not itself a healthcare provider or health plan. Information you provide directly to PairaDoc™ is governed by the PairaDoc™ Privacy Policy. HIPAA may apply separately when you interact directly with a healthcare provider, health plan, or other covered organization.
Does PairaDoc™ sell my patient account information to providers?
PairaDoc™ does not currently sell patient account information for monetary consideration. A provider does not receive your private saved, passed, or comparison list merely because you viewed that provider. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
How do I make a privacy or account-deletion request?
Signed-in users can go to Profile → Delete Account and submit a permanent deletion request even when a subscription or Practice needs review. Submitting that request does not automatically cancel subscription billing. For other requests, use PairaDoc Support or email support@pairadoc.com. See Privacy choices for details. PairaDoc may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
How do I report incorrect provider information?
Use Support → Incorrect provider information. Include the provider name and the specific information that appears incorrect, but do not include patient medical records.
Where can I read PairaDoc™'s legal policies?
Still need help?
