Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of PairaDoc by patients, guests, account holders, and other visitors. Providers and practices are also subject to the Provider & Practice Terms.

Effective October 3, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PairaDoc Technologies LLC (“PairaDoc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using PairaDoc, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PairaDoc.

2. What PairaDoc is

PairaDoc is a provider-discovery platform that helps users search, filter, compare, save, and match with healthcare-provider profiles using information such as specialty, location, insurance, services, and user-selected preferences.

PairaDoc is not a healthcare provider, medical group, insurer, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical judgment. PairaDoc does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, prescribe medication, or determine whether a provider is clinically appropriate for you.

3. Emergencies

PairaDoc is not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to create an account. Adults may use PairaDoc to search for care for dependents. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account.

You may browse some PairaDoc features as a guest. Guest preferences and activity may be stored only on the device or browser and may not transfer to a later account.

You may initiate an account-deletion request in Profile even if a subscription or Practice account requires further handling. Deleting a PairaDoc login does not automatically cancel billing through Apple, Google, or an external payment processor. We explain the applicable steps in the Privacy Policy.

5. Provider information

PairaDoc may display information from provider-submitted data, practice-submitted data, public sources, NPI/NPPES information, third-party sources, and PairaDoc review processes. Healthcare information changes. You should independently confirm important details with the provider or appropriate third party before receiving care.

  • Provider location, availability, services, and contact information can change.
  • Insurance participation and network status can change and should be confirmed with both the insurer and provider.
  • A claimed or verified profile does not mean PairaDoc endorses the provider or guarantees the provider’s quality, licensing status, outcomes, or suitability.
  • Reviews and ratings, where available, reflect individual user submissions and may be subjective.

6. Matching, ranking, and sponsored visibility

PairaDoc Match and search tools use the information and preferences available to PairaDoc to help organize provider options. A match reason indicates a factual relationship to a selected filter or available profile data; it is not a clinical recommendation.

Among providers that meet your search filters and distance, profiles marked Claimed are shown first. A claimed profile is managed by the provider or their practice, who has a paid PairaDoc plan and whose claim PairaDoc approved. Profiles marked Expanded profile, which PairaDoc has supplemented with additional reviewed information, are shown next. Neither label is an endorsement, a quality rating, or a clinical recommendation.

Providers may purchase sponsored visibility or boosts. Sponsored placement is labeled. Paid visibility does not purchase verification and does not replace the user-selected filters used for organic discovery.

7. Third-party services

PairaDoc may link to provider websites, booking services, maps, insurers, payment services, or other third parties. PairaDoc does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, scheduling decisions, billing, care, or other actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, reports, or other content, you are responsible for that content. Do not submit confidential medical records, another person’s private information, unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, deceptive content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

You grant PairaDoc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use content you submit as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, and improve PairaDoc. You retain ownership of your content.

PairaDoc may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our moderation standards.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use PairaDoc for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or restricted administrative systems.
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload PairaDoc except as permitted by law or written authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity, provider status, professional credentials, or authority to manage a provider or practice profile.
  • Use PairaDoc to transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

10. Intellectual property

PairaDoc, its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to PairaDoc and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use PairaDoc for its intended purpose.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, markets, provider data, or services. PairaDoc may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, technical issues, or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairaDoc is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee healthcare outcomes, appointments, insurance coverage, provider availability, provider-patient compatibility, or the accuracy of third-party information.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairaDoc and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from medical care, provider decisions, third-party services, lost data, lost profits, or reliance on provider information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PairaDoc, users, providers, security, or legal compliance, including for material violations of these Terms. You may stop using PairaDoc at any time and may use available account controls to request account deletion.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute not otherwise resolved by the parties will be subject to the courts with lawful jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires another forum.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as PairaDoc changes. The effective date will be updated when we make changes. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
